Value for money
We loved the location in downtown Phoenix, as it was perfect for our visit to Talking Stick Arena. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and size of the room. Additionally, the lovely reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The surrounding area had great restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere.
All was good.
The location was perfect for the event I attended, and the hotel facilities were well-appointed. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant wait staff, were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
Nothing, all great.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to the concert venue and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The room I was upgraded to was a spacious executive suite with a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and had a great adjustable shower head. Another great perk was having a Starbucks in the lobby for my morning coffee fix. The covered parking in the nearby garage was convenient, providing unlimited in/out privileges.
There was nothing I didn't like.
